Step 1: Feeding: Metal sheets enter the machine (no manual handling).
Step 2: Rolling & Welding: Blanks become cylinders (FH-20-48ZD)
Step 3: Coating: Inside/outside painted to prevent rust (customizsed available for water based paint or food grade product inside).
Step 4: Flanging +Bottom&Lid Sealing: Robot places lids → Machine crimps them airtight.(BC-Round-60cpm-auto)
Step 5: Handle Fixing: Handles welded on for easy carrying.
Step 6: Testing: Each can checked for leaks (Positive pressure air tightness test).(BC-R-R24-65)or (BC-R-R18-48)
Step 7: Packing: Package with stretch film machine and Ready-to-ship
